The executive wellness plan offers an annual membership that unlocks direct, unlimited access to Dr. Lentine. Patients will receive extended visits, same day or next day appointments, personalized wellness plans, and a functional medicine approach towards test results Dr. Lentine will explore your medical history, genetic history, lifestyle, and goals. She will look at the root cause of any symptoms you may be having by ordering advanced diagnostic testing.
Dr. Lentine will provide check-ins that are not covered by the insurance. During these check-ins, she will measure your progress and see if you’re obtaining the goals that were set up and adjust your plan. Accordingly she will partner with you on a plan of action.

For over a decade of going to specialists, having CAT Scans, x-rays, and being misdiagnosed for my continuous symptoms, after visiting Saleha and receiving thorough bloodwork I finally got the correct diagnosis – I had Lyme disease. Saleha is a wonderful and caring doctor, and her medical assistant Almina is very attentive and kind. I am truly grateful for my recovery and I highly recommend this practice!

Me and my family Love Dr. Saleha Farzaie! She is so friendly and thorough with any questions you have. She is a Great doctor! Kind and caring, listens and answers questions in detail. We are Grateful for quality and trusted doctors at this office. I never have any issues with my visits or getting a hold of her when one of us is sick even when the office is close. I can not say enough wonderful tings about the competence and professionalism of Dr. Nancy Lentine and her staff. Recently, I had to have some very serious surgery. Although I had a lot of confidence in my surgeon, I didn't have it in his staff. Dr. Lentine assured that I had through and complete surgical clearance. They made my surgery happen. In addition, her ongoing care has improved my health immensely. Thanks to her, I get bone density results that are improving over time. Amazing!!!
My review is based on the care I receive from Dr. Lentine and her NPs. She takes the time to listen to all concerns and is thorough in her evaluation of a patient as a whole person. She wants her patients to feel well and will do what it takes to get to the bottom of any major/chronic issues. Most other doctors are quick to write a prescription or refer you to a specialist and send you on your way. Dr. Lentine looks at the big picture and offers a balanced approach of both traditional medicine and natural supplements to help her patients get on the path to wellness. Regarding staff, over the last 5+ years I have not experienced the level of rudeness indicated by so many others. I have found most of them willing to answer questions and while they may not be overly cheerful, they get the job done.

She always makes sure my husband, myself and kids are healthy! She listens and is able to answer any questions or concerns we have. We love Rosie, Jamie and the entire staff! Love the staff at Dr.Nancy Lentine's office. We see the PA Seleha, she is very thorough, professional and takes time with her patients. I am never intimidated to ask questions. Also the supporting staff is very courteous and a pleasure to communicate with. Alina is the best, very sweet, friendly and personable. They never make you wait. I also appreciate when they inform me which services or tests will not be covered by my insurance. This helps with unexpected costs. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Nancy Lentine's practice!
I have been going to Dr. Lentine's practice for over 10 years. Saleha Farzaie is my physician and I love her! She is a quick thinker, a great listener, and makes sure that I get enough exercise, eat right, take the right supplements, and minimize stress. I was so impressed with how she helped me when I had Covid. After the initial teledoc, she scheduled 2 follow up teledocs to make sure that I was getting better. She offered great care protocols that I could easily follow and they worked. And just in case I was not able to take detailed notes, she had all of the protocols added to my patient portal so that I could reference them. To make draws convenient, there is a Quest Diagnostics phlebotomist on site.
I was at Dr Lentine's office today and I just felt the need to share what good care I get each time I am there. My provider is Saleha and she is wonderful. She's very knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to be sure I am well taken care of. The staff is warm and caring as well. Christine, Almia, Mary and Trish alway treat me kindly. Rosie the lab technician is so great. Honestly, I look forward to going to this office. I have not up to this time had the opportunity to meet Dr. Lentine but I'm sure she is top notch!
